Horses are sold to the best of our knowledge, sound and in good health. Any known injuries, scars, illness or past history of such are disclosed. We welcome pre-purchase exams but it is at the expense of the buyer.

Registered horses include the original registration certificate or registration application and a signed transfer. A "deposit" of 1/3 down is needed to "hold" a sale horse, this "deposit" will "hold" for 7 days unless other arrangements have been made with the Kimble Ranch. It is asked that a horse be picked up as soon as it has been paid for in full unless prior arrangements have been made or be insured at the buyer's expense.
